Don't want to give your credit card information online?
We understand your hesitation to submit your credit card information online. There is an alternate route. You can call in your credit card information when your order has been placed. Please follow these steps during your checkout to call in your credit card information:
- During checkout, 'Add Comment' stating that you will provide us
with your credit card information over the phone.
- Payment Information - Select 'Cash on Delivery' payment option instead of Credit Card (This will allow the purchase to follow through online).
Adding to Orders
Due to risk of errors and delays, we do not add to orders. However, we will gladly take a new order.
Website Error
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Best Wish Gifts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Best Wish Gifts shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Receiving Your Order
We know that you your order in the least possible time. We have been organizing ourselves to make this process speedy and error free. Please help us by keeping in mind the following:
- We need 24 hours to process an order.
- All orders must be placed with a credit card.
- Once an order is placed we cannot accept any changes.
Pick Up Orders by your Courier
- Please inform us if your order will be picked up by a Courier and if it
requires consolidation into bigger boxes. A charge of $3 per box will apply.
- Payment by credit card will require written authorization by
credit card holder
- Best Wish Gifts will not be responsible for any "wait time" incurred
by the courier

Shipping Methods
It takes approximately 2-3 working days for delivery in Ontario and Quebec and 5 – 7 days elsewhere. It may take longer during the busy Christmas Season. Insurance and handling will be added to shipping charges.

In most cases, it usually takes approximately 2-3 working days for delivery in Ontario and Quebec and 5-7 days anywhere else in Canada.

Warm Weather Shipping
During summer months we can ship chocolate products to customers in Ontario and Quebec only with one-day transit time. We charge $3 per case for ice packs. However, Best Wish Gifts cannot ship overnight and cannot be held responsible for lost business or other claims.
Substitutes
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and hold the order until next business day. Due to risk of errors and delays, we do not add to orders. However, we will gladly take a new order.
Return Policy
No returns without prior authorization. We will arrange for a pick up if products are shipped in error otherwise all authorized returns must be prepaid. Due to the nature of food products, we DO NOT accept returns. A 20% re-stocking charge is applied on non-food items that must be returned within 7 days. No returns on Seasonal items.
Claims for Shortages/Damages
All damages should be reported immediately to the Carrier Company. Depending on the nature of the complaint we may have the damaged goods picked up for further investigation. DO NOT dispose of these items without authorization. All short shipments or discrepancies should be reported immediately via fax or email to us.
